I'm an integrated designer with extensive project experiences in Information and Service design. A structured and visual analytical person with the ability to zoom in and zoom out system interactions and user experience to improve or optimize a product and service. 

Through a methodological-driven design, my expertise lies in system thinking (Process Map, Experience Map, Service Blueprints, Stakeholder Map, Wayfinding Strategy, Orientation System, Information Architecture) and storytelling (Information Visualization, User Journey Map, Visual & Corporate Identity and Creative Writing).
