About the project

Awesome Journey is a writing project by Nulisbuku.com (Indonesia’s first online self publishing company) with KEHATI (Indonesian Biodiversity Conservation Trust Fund).  The project posts a travel related topic where participants can craft short travel stories. Selected writings are compiled and the book get to be published.

What interest me to take part of this project is its social aspect. Each royalti of the book goes to charity and the winners get to join the Biodiversity Warior Expedition to the heart of a tropical forrest in Jambi, Indonesia. The aim is to empower and raise awareness to  the young generation about current Indonesia’s biodiversity issues.
